DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY: 

• Your PDF files will be available after purchase, once payment is complete.   You will see a link to view or download your files on the page following the checkout page.  There, you can download your files. 
  
• We will also send you a download notification email.  
• You will be downloading these and printing the Murphy Bed Plans from your computer after you have purchased them. These plans will NOT be shipped to you. 
• I do not accept returns on PDFs, but I am happy to help with any problems that you may have with your order.   Please contact me at becky@yourmodernfamily.com with any questions or concerns about your order. 

Note: This is for a QUEEN Murphy Bed.  We cannot adjust the plans to work with a twin, full, or king-sized mattress.   You are welcome to adjust the plans yourself.
